New to this forum - read through mnay threads, but this is really a basic Leasing question.
Considering a 2017 Explorer sport.
Pre approved for Red Carpet - I have very good Credit (score na at this time)

Looking at 36/12

Car trim and options brings the price to 51000, less 2250 incentive.
So Net is 48750
(I have not bargained yet - just using the Build your car option)

No trade in in, but I noticed that the more I places as "down-payment" the higher the Due at lease signing becomes
If I put up 7000, bringing the Cap to 431750 but the amount due at signing is 8070

Is this the disposition fee added on ?

Just trying to understand

Our recommendation is to limit your up front cash to just the first payment and DMV costs. Roll all taxes and fees into the lease payment. You do not want to put 'money down' - it would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

    What state is this?
