2017 Buick Regal Lease Questions

Couldn't find the 2017 version of this thread, so I figured I would create it.

Currently looking at the 2017 Regal, Premium II, AWD, Driver Confidence Package. Total MSRP is $37,600. Located in PA.

Looking for MF and Residual, available incentives, etc.. Looking to do 15k lease, most likely they'll therefore want 39 months. I have lease loyalty, as well as competitor lease conquest (wife's Nissan Rogue), etc.

Any info available?

Also, once I get the MF and Residual, where is best place to enter in all the particulars and get the approximate "good price" on the payment?

No other incentive information available, but only loyalty or conquest can be used in a single deal.

Doesn't look like you have a 2018 thread open yet, but I'm starting to see them hit the lots.

Do you have GMF numbers for the 2018 Essence Sportback 12k 36/39 months? If drivetrain matters, I'd like both FWD and AWD. I'm assuming there's little to no lease cash at the moment. Pittsburgh, and Thanks!

We don't have lease programs for the 2018 model. At this point, probably won't see one until January.

Just as an FYI, I just talked to a dealer. Money factor is actually decent on a 36 month term...1.18%, or .00049. Residual, on the other hand, is atrocious...49%. I'm assuming this will get better moving forward, or they aren't going to be leasing many of these.

750 GMF Incremental CCR.

Anything could happen, I guess.. but, residuals rarely go up.

Okay so I went to the dealership for a quote on the 2017 Buick regal Premium. He salesman came back with these numbers:

MSRP: $33,655
Sales Price: $29,000
Rebates: $11,000
Total after rebates: $18,500
$0 Down
$1460 Due at Signing
Monthly Payments: $329

As soon as he said it, something didn't seem right. He said the residual is 43%, and the MF was .004165!!!!

10%? I have never seen an APR that high before, the guy said it was because they go through Ally, not GM financial. Is every Buick Dealership going to have a MF this high?

Given that there is no GM Financial support on the 2017 Regal, you may have to work with Ally or US Bank as the leasing institution.

That MF is made up for by the 5 figure incentives, however.
