Manufacturer buy back vehicle - Audi Q7

Dealer near me has a couple of 2017 Q7's that have "MANUFACTURER BUY BACK VEHICLE" in small print on the bottom of the windshield. I assume it means someone invoked one of the state lemon laws and returned the car. Is it really a bad car or are some people just super whiners?

Assuming about 6000 miles, what should be the discount off MSRP.

I would just run away from a car like that.

I don't think I'd touch it unless the discount was so substantial that I could flip it in a day at auction and come out whole. As for the previous owners being "whiners", you'd have to examine the dealer's service records to determine anything along those lines. If all the complaints are about "suddenly lost power", that's not whining. But if it's about "wind noise" or a "vibration between 40-50 mph", that could be related to an over-sensitive person, yes.

I a man pretty leery but the starting price is about $7k off sticker. It just didn't seem like quite enough but the sales guy said they wouldn't come down any since it's "such a good price." Seems like the risk/reward isn't high enough to me.
