Rare sighting of one of these on the road this morning. Drove beside it for a bit. Other than the door handles (which are eye-catching if not attractive) there is nothing distinctive about the looks of this car. The mileage you're getting is absolutely dreadful. It's hard to see how this is going to be the car that will revive Lincoln. If this is the best they can do, maybe they should think about turning out the lights. Or maybe they're just hoping that the next Navigator will generate sales like the first one did.

At 14 mpg, it should have a V8 instead of a complex twin-turbo V6.

except it would be mounted transversely... even cadillac gave up on that.

longitudinal v8, rwd (optional awd)... now that i'm good with!!

I've seen a bunch of these in the Chicago livery fleet lately. I still can't make up my mind on the styling.

That fuel economy is embarrassing.

Like anyone who buys one of these is going to care about the fuel economy. And the "complex" TT V6 - yeah, it has those complex power windows and complex sunroof, too. Just waiting to go bad, I'm sure.

The plain ol' V8 in the Mustang GT got horrible fuel economy, too...I'm sure the primary reason was the same as here - north-of-400 hp and boatloads of torque, making it impossible to keep for staffers to keep their feet out of it.
