I'm in Texas. The dealership is quoting:
MSRP is approximate $26,330 + TTL depending on car and I can price those in the $25,340 + TTL range, saving approximately $990

Payments range from about $385 for 36 months, $359 for 39 months, $355 for 42 months and $376 for for 48 months.

Any insight on this? Good buy? Thanks in advance!

Is this the base, Premium or Limited trim level?

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, if you are rolling all the taxes and fee into the lease.
