Car Buying Advice - 2016 Audi S3 Current Lease Terms

Hello! Are dealers still offering leases for new 2016 S3's? Below are my numbers from a dealer in Arizona for a Prestige Plus model. Looking for a 36 mo/15k miles lease:

Vehicle Price: $48,715 (including technology pkg and performance pkg)
Purchase Price: $39,000
Sales Tax: $3,159
Registration: $57.25
Doc Fee: $399
Lieu Tax: $714

What type of residual/money factor should I expect? Is it still 54% and .00040? What payment should I expect. Thanks!

Yes, still leasing, but the numbers aren't good.

Is it Premium Plus or Prestige?
50% residual for Premium Plus
47% residual for Prestige
$2500 marketing allowance
$500 loyalty/conquest
.00220 MF

This looks like a purchase quote. Doesn't AZ tax the monthly payment?
So, you wouldn't have that tax number
Not sure what Lieu Tax is.
On a lease, you'll have a $795 acquisition fee

Hi! Thank you for the response. Sorry, it's a Premium Plus, not some new amalgam of the two option. LOL. Lieu Tax in AZ is in place of property tax and yes sales tax is applied monthly. That was a purchase quote, but they agreed to use the same price on a lease and what you're telling me as far as residual and MF are the same as what the dealer quoted. Damn...got my hopes up with the low negotiated purchase price. 36 mo/15K lease came out to $684/mo (including tax). Not good, indeed. Thanks again.
