I own 2 Model S Teslas. There have been minimal problems. When the screen freezes, maybe once in a blue moon, I can reboot the screen in about 30 seconds on my own. There is no need to take it to a dealer to reboot the computer that is my interface with the car. And even if there is a freeze while driving, the car continues to operate normally, just the screen needs rebooting. Maybe the people at Edmunds who drive their Teslas don't know enough about the car to operate or live with it like an owner would. Can you imagine an iPhone owner needing to make a trip to the Apple store for service when the phone needs to be rebooted. Hahah!
