I'd say you have another $1000-$1500 room on the sale price.

If I add the $925 acquisition fee to the sale price, I get $899/mo.+tax on the 12K/yr quote. That's pretty darn close. I assume the extra due at signing is for title/registration/dealer fees?

$1000 lower drops the payment by $31/mo, after tax

I'm considering a 2016 X5 that was used as a demo for 14 months. MSRP was $62620 and they are offering at $50k with 72 months at 0%. It has 10,000 miles on it. Still seems like a great deal but I'm worried I'm falling in love with the 0% financing. Any thoughts?

Is it CPO, with the warranty extended?
Does it still include the maintenance plan?

If not, you might be giving up a lot later, to gain a little now.
That $695/mo. payment would be pretty sweet for the first three years, though. Not sure how you'll feel about it after 2020.

They are selling as a new car with maintenance plan. I agree the payment is whats drawing me in. Trying to figure out if what equity I'll have after 3 yrs in case I want to trade in.

The reason I asked about CPO is that the warranty and maintenance plan clock started ticking, 14 months ago. So, you've lost that time on the original warranty and maintenance plans. CPO would add time to the warranty, at least.

They are now offering for $49k and car is CPO Elite. Sounds like a sweet deal. Thoughts?
