Car Buying Advice - Deal or no deal: Repo'd 2016 LE $13k asking price (offbrand dealer used lot)

Title says it all. 2016 Corolla LE with about 14K miles that was reposessed late last year and been on dealers lot for 120 days after ealer purchased at auction out of state. The dealer has made several price reductions however I'm still going to ask for an additional discount.

Should I be overly leery of a reposed car? It appears on the CarFax history report, but the factory warranty is in effect and will be for nearly two more years and 20K miles. Not intending to keep this car more than a year. Therefore I'm worried when it comes time to trade/sell the reposession will disminish its value since it stands to reason someone who had a car repoed likely didn't keep with repairs, maintenance.

Any thoughts or advice?

If it's cheap because it's flagged on the Carfax, then that will come back to bite you at resale time.

Thanks. I thought most repossessed cars end up being sold by banks/lenders either directly or to places like CarMax, and ironically buy here pay here and subprime tailored outfits like Car Credit City.
