Car Buying Advice - VW Passat Lease 2017 in WI

Hi! I'm wondering what the residual value, incentives and other lease benefits are for a 4cyl T, 2017 Passat SE with tech are currently for the month of May? I'm looking for 36m/15k mikes. Will be interested in rolling into a new lease when my current one is up in three weeks. On average, have you also seen what price others are getting this car at, at the start of their lease? So far the dealers I've talked to don't seem to drop far from MSRP.

And, you may want to expand your search area. It's not like VW's are a rare commodity that commands a premium price.
