2003 Bonneville Water Leaks

I also have an 03 Bonneville that has a water leak. I do not have a sunroof, but we have replaced the rear, driver doors automatic window motor. Could you send me any information on where we can look to stop these leaks? My husband wants to replace all the seals, but I am not convinced this is the problem. Thanks
