Car Buying Advice - 2017 Audi A3 Lease question

What should the money factor and residual be for a 2017 a3 premium plus with technology package MSRP 38425. They are starting with a 1900 discount. Lease would be for 36 mo and 7500 miles per year. $1000 cash due at signing including all fees. They are quoting .00111 and .52 residual. Location is Charlotte, NC. My FICO is 832.
