Can you provide me with the MSRP, Fair Selling Price, Money Factor and Residual for a 2017 FWD MDX with Tech 36K miles? Also can you provide the same for Tech with Entertainment?

I just got a verbal quote for new 2017 Acura MDX tech package AWD 3yr/12k lease $599 ( all inclusive) he said u only first months payment and that's it .. all taxes etc rolled up.. dealership in MD state and residence in Fairfax , VA 

for tech + entertain $620 ...

i have asked him for msrp and selling price on each quote as well ..

how  does the deal sound ?

Without the MSRP and adjusted cap cost (with taxes and fees added in), we can't really tell you.

$53,400 and $46,870 for the one with entertainment.

Are you paying those taxes and fees up front, or are you adding them to the sell price?

The $1900 in taxes alone will add $50-55/mo to the payment.

They said i just pay 599 as first month payment when u take the car since everything is rolled into it .. in short I would say it's 490+ say 60 = 550 a month compared to his 599 would be a decent deal ..

If everything is being rolled in, you should get the adjusted cap cost number so we can prove out the math. Wouldn't want the dealer to slip in a junk fee on you ...

With those prices, I get $409/mo - before tax.

If I subtract out the $1250 from the cap cost, then I get $374/mo plus tax

You'll have to ask the dealer how they calculated the cap cost.
