Car Buying Advice - Passat SE Price

Hi Team, I am new to the country and looking to buy a Volkswagen Passat SE 2017. The dealer is quoting 26315 including taxes. The final deal the dealer is quoting me to pay 3000 down which includes 2299.42 that includes 1030 for tax, 398 doc fee, 628 acquisition fees, 246 DMV fees, 700 as down. He is currently giving 260 per month as a lease deal for 36 months for 10k km per year. Could you please let me know if this is a good deal or a bad deal ? Thanks and Regards Dinesh V

Hello @pingudine1607 Could you let me know the zip code you are leasing this vehicle in? The options the Passat has, the original MSRP and how much the dealer is discounting the vehicle?

I would be happy to take a look at the deal you have, but I just need a little bit more information first.
