Car Buying Advice - Lease 2017 CRV EX-L

Hi all,

Want to lease a Honda CRV automatic 4WD since the used car prices seem very high to me even for a '14 model (dealer quoted $21,000)

Deets:

$2017 down
$940 1st Month, tax, dmv, doc fees, destination
$595 bank fee
10k miles a yr (ok for me)
$275 for 36 mos. totalling $9900

Buyout at the end $20,432.75

Does this seem like a fair price for leasing this model? I am going to have to street park it, so I expect some charge at the end for dings etc...

So.. what is your Due at Signing?
Is it $2017 + $940 + $595 = $3552?

Is the MSRP $31,435?
