2001 Chrysler 300M runs great then motor shuts off, shift to idle and restart NO PROBLEM. Why?

2001 300m 105,000 miles
she starts, runs fine, but every so often in traffic the motor just shuts off (no warning, no engine light)
if I shift to Neutral and restart, she restarts fine....cant find out why she dies though..... any thoughts would be appreciated

Restarts no problem in dangerous traffic from neutral -a liitle groggy but starts. Left it with my mechanic for 2 days and of course it worked fine no problems. He cleared the computer of error codes and I am dangerously driving this car with the potential of a sudden stall. Does anyone have any ideas?
