I Need help with the LS 3.9 v8

The blinkers work when the car is not hot and doesn't work when it's hot the lights work but I can't switch from low to high beem when the car is hot can any one help me please

    Maybe have someone replace the entire turn signal stalk.

    Sorry for the intrusion, I’m new here and I don’t see a direct way of asking a question...I have 02 Ls does anybody know where I can find a fuse that is only hot w/key on?
