    The specs say it weighs 5,038 lbs., while the handling performance text says 4,100 lbs. Maybe someone could copy-edit these pieces before publication - ? Also, leave it to Honda to equip a vehicle this heavy with solid rear brake rotors and single-piston sliding calipers all around.

    +1 on all points. Even my 12 Leaf had dual-piston calipers up front, in a 3400-lb car. It had great brakes.

    My math says you're paying about $0.16/mile for hydrogen fuel. If you were buying 87 octane, that would work out to about 16 MPG. Why would anyone pay $58k for a car like this? EVs are a much better value.

    Hydrogen is DOA.

    A typo on our part, the 5,038 pounds listed here is actually the Clarity's GVWR. The correct as-tested weight is 4,105 pounds. A correction has been submitted.

    While their specs are performance are pretty close, they both win a first place ribbon in the "Has this car been in a wreck?" style competition.
