Car Buying Advice - Purchasing '17 Sienna LE

Hello, I have been emailing a few different dealerships about a new 2017 Sienna LE. The best I've found is $29,000 OTD. This place is a little further, especially in rush hour traffic.
The other is $30,450 OTD and they're about a stones throw away. They will also include a 1yr Beach parking pass. This place said that the other place would probably try to upsell when we're there due to the killer deal.
What should I do??
