Choosing which car to sell in order to upgrade

Hi all,

I have two cars currently, a 2008 CRV with 100,000 miles and a 2011 Honda Accord with 65000 miles. We are having a third child and want to upgrade for more space, but I am having a hard time choosing which car to sell. I owe $5k on the accord and the CRV I own outright. This car will be used as a daily drive to/from work, that is all. Which car do you recommend I sell?

I'd probably keep the Accord, newer, maybe with better safety equipment. But if you like the CRV, sure, keep it.
