Good lease for 2017 RAV4 HYBRID XLE ?

Hi,

Leasing 2017 RAV4 HYBRID XLE AWD SUV soon. Msrp: 32,250 and best quote I got so far is:
$2k down payment (including dmv, tax, etc.) + $285/month payment (including tax 9.25%).
2y free service.
I'm in the San Francisco Peninsula. This is part of the deal of 5th of July.

Is this a good deal?

May the cost go up after the 4th of July deal?

A new program came out on July 6th. I'm surprised they didn't tell you on the 5th that the deal might change the next day.

Sorry, but we haven't seen the new July lease program, yet.
