What are the July 2017 residuals and mf for 2017 Lexus RX 350 AWD for 36/12 and 36/15?

Also, what are the current offers/incentives? I saw mention of $1800 lease cash on the Lexus website for the Boston area and want to verify this is correct.

I just talked to a broker about leasing a 2017 RX 350 F. He told me a pricing of $59k
$1500 drive off 
12k mile/year at $590-$610/month. 

Is it good deal or no?

If MD is in the Southern Region, then.

57%/56% residual

If it's in the Eastern Region, we don't have that lease program, thought it's probably similar.
