Looks like july sales will tank with the new terms. The higher MF is killing lease deals even with the higher lease cash (mostly taxable)

Lease cash is factory to dealer, and should be incorporated into any negotiated price.

You negotiate the selling price - MSRP is the bottom line number of the factory window sticker.

According to TrueCar, the national market average sale price is $29,667, although my local average is $30,589, but is based on only 8 sales.

i think it would be 500 for the plus as it states 1000 (excluding +).

Lease incentives don't seem to be matching up with autobytel's numbers. Did Hyundai reduce incentives (seems crazy) or is there a problem with the autobytel numbers?
