The size of each MSD is the monthly payment, rounded up to the nearest $50.

Since the base MF is .00040, you can only use 7 MSDs to lower the MF to .00005. That will save about $27/mo on the payment.

Put another way, it's almost an 8% return on the up front money.

I'm still confused. If I add the first payment, the CAP reduction and the "advantage fee" (whatever that is), I'm already over $2600.

Doesn't include the "level 1 protection" (again, don't know what that is) or the miscellaneous fees and such in the lower right.
