You'll have to check with a dealer for the residual reduction for an extra 3K mi/yr.

Is this acceptable? should i ask them to reduce MF to .00069? Or is this at the discretion of the dealership?

2) Additional charges not given? $795 acquisition fee (probably marked up to $1095), plus $700 approx for DMV/doc fees

If we add $1800 for fees and $1800 (?) for the three payments, that leaves $1400 of your $5000, of which $834 goes to the first payment. This leaves $566 for CAP reduction.

With the marked up money factor, that gives me $796/mo.+tax, so $834 is pretty close. A lot of estimating on my part, so it's not going to be exact.

The marked up money factor adds $60-$70/mo. to the payment.

Why eat three payments on the BMW? This is a 2018 model. They won't run out of them, if you wait until November.

@applephy Yes, you can see right there in your screenshot that they aren't "absorbing" your lease payments, but adding them to the deal (lien payoff).

E300 RWD 36/15 - .00144 and 58% for 36/15

Add 2% for 12K or 3% for 10K
