There is no formula for a fair deal.

It helps if you know the selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost.

With what we know, that's a pretty good deal.

Yes 500 first month plus the 4725 msd
12k miles per yr or 1000 per month =42k miles total. 
They made the first offer at 535 for 39 months i asked for 500 they extended it to 42 months. So im not sure if im getting a good deal especially since im giving the $4725 to hold?
What do you think? Is there a formula tk know what a fair number is?

You'll get the $4725 back at the end of the lease.

I just bought at drive out price $48100 (Included: Tax & Title license fee, $2000 Dealer Rebate + $1000 rebate from Flooded insurance, no payment for 6 months). I got it from Sterling McCall Dealer in Houston

I bought lexus RX350 with NAV and Fully Loaded drive out price around $43000-$46000 in couple years ago. Nowadays, Lexus dealers/Saleman are trying to sell us 2017 lexus RX350 with NAV and Fully Loaded or luxury package from $59000-$63000. there is something wrong here & something is not right or maybe are they on drugs or something???? I asked them 2017Lexus GX460 drive out price around $54000-$56000 with all good options and how can they quote 2017RX 350 with NAV and Fully Loaded or luxury package from $59000-$63000??? Lexus Sale guys didn't have answer for me. LOL
