Hi,
May I have the RV and MF for 2017 X5d for 36/10?
I am offered a $67,500 with $2.5k down with $798 /month. 36/10. Their MF - 0.191, RV - 58%. Rhis included $2k manufacturer incentive and $2k dealer incentive. I noticed the MF is high but overall for the price is it competetive?

Is $67,500 the selling price or the MSRP? We need both to figure the payment.

$2000 dealer discount isn't much. You should shoot for 6%-7% off, in addition to the BMW incentive. ($4000-$4500).

Also, insist on base MF. That money factor markup adds $40/mo.+ to the payment.

Are you saying there is a $4500 incentive going on for x5d on top of the 7% invoice price? Somehow I only see $2000 lease credit... where can I find it to prove to dealer? Thanks!

No.. I said you should shoot for $4000-$4500 dealer discount, in addition to the $2000 incentive.

I never pulled the plug for the 2017 X5 in July, can you provide the August numbers? I just noticed that BMW upped the lease credit to 3000 and a 1500 loyalty incentive

Thanks. The BMW dealer near me sucks and they are very shady so I walked. Can you provide MF and residual on Infiniti Q50 and qx70?

QX50 AWD: .00003 MF and 50% residual for 39/15
QX70 AWD: .00003 MF and 44% residual for 39/15

Dealer near by is offering $2500 down 36/10 for $760. Car MSRP is $67,395. Based on your suggestion it is roughly about $5,500 after the lease rebate. If the MF and RV still at 0.00151 and 58% respectively for Los angeles. I think its a good deal. Thank you kyfdx. I am open to feedback.

I live in San Jose, CA and just signed a 2017 sDrive35 36mth 10k miles/yr lease and was hoping to get feedback on the deal details below please!  Appreciate any feedback on how good (or average) this deal was:

Mileage:  11 miles
MSRP:  $65,645 
Residual:  58%
lease end value:  $38,074
Initial cap cost:  $58,584
customer cash down:  $3750
rebate:  $3000
Cash cap reduction:  $2023
DMV Amt:  $461
MF:  .00151
Total adds to cap:  $925
Adjusted Cap Cost:  $54,485
Base Monthly Rental:  $595.65
Tax Rate/amount:  9% / $53.61 per month
Total Monthly Payment:  $649.29
Total initial fees:  $116
Total upfront fees:  $502
Total Sales Tax:  $2389.27
Amount Due at start:  $3750
2nd payment date:  9/25/17
Total working cash:  $3750

Basically I left the dealer today with $3750 payment which included initial first months payment of $649.29.  I have 35 payments left.  

The GM said they were losing money on this deal and mentioned invoice for them was ~$61,000 and the client advisor mentioned this was a smoking deal.  
 
My gut says that I did really well however I still think the dealer was profitable on this deal?

Can you give me the MF and residual for a 2017 x50i with an MSRP of $88K. The dealer is playing shady and trying to give me a pay of $1320 which is insane.

Would need to know the selling price or cap cost to run the payment.

58% residual. There will be a residual reduction for the existing miles. The exact number of miles is important, because a vehicle with over 5000 miles has a 4% reduction in residual, in addition to the per mile reduction.
