Dahboard Lights not working

I recently purchased a 2002 Buick Regal GS and the Dashboard PRNDL and Odometer are not working. There's a bulb hanging down under the dash, but I thought these dashes are LED. Help?

    THIS might be your problem (YouTube video)

    There may be other related videos on the right sidebar of YouTube that you may want to look at. This seems to be a recurring problem for a lot of people.
