.00195 MF is correct, but the residual is wrong. It's either 64% or 63% for P+/Prestige.
Also, tax in MA is collected on the monthly payment, right? Not collected upfront and added into the CAP cost. Also, if the drive-off is $3250, you can't put all of that down as CAP cost reduction, as part of that goes to pay the first payment, etc.
You need a price that is reflective of a lease, without any items that don't apply (like that tax number). That should give you a base payment + tax. (you also need a bigger discount.. lol)

1. 65% and .00195 2. The numbers we have are the Audi FS numbers; your dealer could be quoting a 3rd party bank, and we don't have those numbers to compare. Dealer can mark up the AFS MF for extra profit.

They quoted me 58% residual. When I questioned them, his response was "We are using US Bank and not AFS. We get a cheaper money factor using US Bank and Tax Credits. AFS is double the money factor and no tax credits." Funny... he quoted me .00195 for the money factor. Doesn't sound double to me. Waiting on a response for "tax credits".

In Texas, tax credits could be huge. Usually, 1.25% tax, instead of 6.25% tax. Also, USBank acquisition fee is $695 vs. $895 for AFS.

5% of $60K is $3K savings. That's significant - over $80/mo.
But, the 6% dip in residual eats all that up, and then some. You should have them run the numbers with both US Bank and AFS to see which gives you a better payment.

It's possible that it doesn't save you any money, just allows them to book a larger profit, while giving you the same payment.
Rather than try to pit USBank vs. AFS, try pitting another dealer against this one.

If you suspect the MF is marked up, politely tell them you won't sign a deal unless the base MF is used. They know what the base rate is.

Confirm the term and mileage of the 62%; dealer is not allowed to adjust the residual.
