Car Buying Advice - 2018 Audi SQ5 Prestige Lease Question

Need some advise. Is this a good deal or should I try harder?

Residuals is 64%
Msrp is 64800
Selling price is 61376.13
Acquisition fee is 895
Doc fee is 80
Total cap reduction is 784 which includes loyalty from Audi.
2250 is total drive off including first month payment.
First month payment is
836.90 with tax of 77.81.

Lease is 36/10k

Is that $2250 in cash from you, or is the loyalty rebate part of the $2250?

No the loyalty went into the cap reduction of the lease. Basically the selling price plus fees above minus loyalty. My driveoff is 2250 w/ first month payment. Payment is only 759.09 + 77.81tax = 836.90

If I subtract the CAP reduction from the sale price, then I get $730/mo.+tax.

But, no mention of title/registration, etc..
Looks like you have $3000 of working cash. (your $2250 + $750 loyalty)
If we subtract what we know:
$795
$80
$836.90
-------
That leaves $1288
Subtract title/registration and tax on the acq.fee, and I guess that gets us close to the $784 CAP reduction.
Adjusted CAP cost of $60592 ($61376 - 784)
$730/mo.+tax.

On another note, is your tax rate over 10%? Haven't seen one that high in CA, before.
Your discount is 5.3% off MSRP, which isn't too bad on a new 2018 Audi.
But, the payment looks about $30/mo.+tax too high, and I wonder about your tax rate.

If we had all of the numbers, there might be an explanation.

DMV Fee: 539.00
State Tire Fee: 8.75
Tax for Orange County is 7.75%. I think he might have done LA.

Still looks $30/mo. too high. Even LA doesn't have 10% sales tax, so something is off there, as well.

Given your actual tax rate, $45-$50 per month less
