My wife is looking to get into a Mazda CX-3 Touring lease, 33 months, 10k miles. We live in NY(10553) and went to Riley Mazda in Stamford,CT. The deal that’s on the table is 1800 down, they’re giving her $500 for her 2001 Nissan Altima with 135k miles. So it is $1,300 out of pocket including 1st month payment, which also includes taxes title etc. Payments are $258/mo. Is this a good deal or can this be lower?

Yeah, that’s AWD. The ,1800 is all in including taxes, title & first month payment. It’s really 1,300 out of pocket all in because they are giving my wife 500 for her 01 Nissan Altima. Selling price of the car is $22,885. Can you explain what the $370 lease cash is? Also .00001 / 60%. Can you explain the meaning and how that works as well. How to use those numbers to calculate based on the numbers I supplied? I want to make sure my wife is getting the best bang for her money.

Is the $1811 for tax, DMV, acquistion fee, and first payment?

With that net cap, I get the same payment.

I'd be inclined to roll the tax and acquisition fee into the payment and take the resulting $232/mo. payment. ($550 or so due at signing).

Looks like a good deal.
