They're on my local dealers lot...

I'm interested in numbers for a 2018 Denali 4wd, for 36/10.

There's a new 10 spd. auto transmission for 2018, hence my inquiry.

Hello. Does the residual for the SLT (or any Yukon) vary by state? I just spoke with a local dealer and they gave me the following:

SLT 36/12 -- 55%
SLT 39/12 -- 53

Lease numbers are national. We only have the GM Financial numbers; confirm what bank your dealer is quoting from.

So one caveat, I have employee pricing. But just leased a 65k Yukon SLT for 525 a month with 1250 due at signing, which includes first months payment. Had 8250 in incentives and bought for around 2300 under employee price. Brand new with 8 miles on it. Call me tickled pink . Plus, there’s a chance I’ll get the 700 Costco card, though deal may be excluded.

We suggest you structure the lease to only pay the first payment and DMV costs up front - roll the other taxes and fees into the lease payment.

Also, the prices I have been quoted includes $5,000 in manufacturer rebates (includes $1,500 lease conquest). Is this level of manufacturer incentives pretty typical, or would this be considered a high rebate?

I am trying to decide if I should buy a vehicle off the lot or order one, in which case I would be subject to the rebates in the month it's delivered.
