I would have said the same thing.

You want 6% off sticker, for starters - these things are not flying off the lots.

But, the MF will make this expensive, any way you look at it.

That was last month - the MF for the 2018 allroad is .00160 in January

The salesman adjusted his offer to $2000 off and a MF of .00145.

That brings us down to $53,575 and a lower interest rate.

He will send the details over this morning when he gets in.

I requested No Money Down and 15,000 miles.

What is a reasonable mileage calculation? I'm assuming that 10,000 miles is standard, so I'm responsible for 5,000 overage. Is it .05 per mile built into the payment?

Just heard back from the Audi dealer with his “all in” offer.

He’s giving me the .00127 MF and dropped the price to $52,500 which is a 5.5% discount off MSRP.

First payment and fees make it $865 due at signing and $787 per month.

You've gone from $890 to $787/mo.

This vehicle is never going to be cheap to lease, given the lease program and popularity, but it's amazing what a little information can do.

I get $787/mo as well with those prices.

Not sure that you can do any better, unless you have some unused cash laying around to use for MSDs and buy down the MF.

Pretty much every brand has better lease terms than Audi.

But, other than the V60 CC and V90 CC, nobody makes anything like the allroad.

Fair statement.

I love the Audi A4 AllRoad but a comparably equipped RX350 or GLC is nice too.  For a few hundred less per month I could go either way.

2017 RX350 would probably be substantially less. Definitely under $600/mo

Hi there, I'm a current Audi owner in NorCal looking to lease a 17 or 18 allroad when my A4 lease is up. Any idea which is better for 36 mo/12k or 24 mo/12k (preferable). I know 24 mo leases typically aren't very attractive but I got a great deal on my A4 with a 24 month option. I would consider 10k miles as well if you'd be kind as to post both terms. Thanks!

2018:
.00127 MF and 65%/58% residual for 24/36 months.
Add 1% for 10K/yr

The 24 month term will be substantially more expensive than 36 months.

Looking at a 2018 a4 allroad premium plus lease, attached is the window sticker and the lease offer as marked on the windshield. They are discounting it to 47550, just 600 over invoice.

Does the the lease payment seem right? based on the mf and residual value posted here, I get the following numbers

Your calculations are correct, but..

You are applying $4500 as a CAP reduction.
In the example on the windshield, your first payment would have to come out of the $4499, before applying the remainder to CAP reduction.

The example on the windshield assumes $1000 Audi Loyalty rebate.
That doesn't appear to be included in your calculation.

No mention of license/registration fees in either example.

The deal on the windshield probably includes a marked up money factor.
Also, you don't know the selling price or adjusted CAP on the windshield deal.

Those are all guesses..
You are still applying the full $4500 to downpayment, instead of pulling out the first payment.

The chances of a dealer only marking up the money factor by .00008 are about nil.

Use $3921 as the downpayment, and try .00167 as the money factor... then, reverse engineer the purchase price, and you'll likely be a lot closer

Or, just ask them for the actual numbers.

The lease on my A6 is almost up. I was thinking about a Volvo V90, but the numbers suck. So time to consider sticking with Audi. Hoping to get some numbers to plug into my lease calculator to see what works.

A4 allroad - 15K miles, 36 months. Is there a difference in residual/MF between trims (Premium/Plus/Prestige)? Also, any loyalty, rebates, or other promos going on?

I know this is the allroad forum, but I'm comparing some other models too. Is it possible to get numbers for those too, or should I post separately in each forum?

A5 Sportback, Q3, Q5 - All would be the same 15K/36 and would likely be Premium Plus or Prestige if that makes a difference.
