Adjusted CAP cost?
What is the total amount due at signing?

Cap cost: $61,664
$1,550 due at signing comprised of doc, plates and bank fee. Massachusetts (6.25%)
If I use their marked up money factor and $61664 as the actual adjusted CAP cost, I get $855/mo.+ tax, or about $909/mo.
However, $1550 isn't enough to cover first payment, DMV/dealer fees and acquisition fee ($895).
I'd assume the $1550 only covers 1st payment, DMV and doc fees.
I'd ask for the actual adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization. I'd expect the $895 acquisition fee to be added, plus maybe the $869 for AudiCare?
The marked up money factor is adding about $32/mo. to the payment.

I am a ACNA Member and wanted to also know what other Incentives, Rebates, Manufacture Rebates, AUDI PROGRAMS that I can use to get the Selling Price Lower.
Any Bonus Cash for returning lease owner (I had a 2010 Audi A6 and 2012 Audi A6 Earlier)
Any Incentive using Audi Financial, Audi Owner Loyalty Program, Conquest Program for new Audi Customers or having an American Express Card, AAA Member or All State Insurance.
I requested the Dealer to share these payment terms:
Option#1: 1st and Fees Lease
Option#2: Sign and Drive Lease
Option#3: Total Out of Pocket Lease
Option#4: Inceptions, Tags, License and Fees
Now the dealership said, they are willing to take off 7% of MSRP. This will be a BUILD I believe rather than a Dealer Stock, Swap or LOCATE.
Here is what I was looking for 36 or 39 Months Lease with 12,000 or 10,000 miles per year.
Please see below is the number are correct, I just feel the MF and Depreciation is somewhat questionable.

Also what is the running MF, Residual for September 2017 and possible for October 2017
Please kindly Advise. Thank you.
39/12: .00206 MF and 58%/55% residual for Premium Plus/Prestige
Your quotes say they are for 39 months, but the residual values given are for 36 month terms. However, I think they used the correct residuals to calculate the payment. (assuming 39 month lease)
The bank fee for Audi is $895, not $795
The money factor is marked up from the base number.
There is $1000 loyalty for current AFS customers
$500 loyalty for non-AFS Audi owners
We don't have any other rebate information, other than there is no specific lease support for this model.
