2012 Sienna Mobility Auto Access - don't need

I am looking at a 2012 Sienna that I found online and it has a Mobility Auto Access seat. Before the trip to go look at this vehicle I am wondering if this means anything if I do not need this feature. Can it be locked to where the seat doesn't move and does it look just like a regular seat? Any info would be great.

That usually means that the vehicle has been modified for a disabled person. What that means specifically regarding the seat, I don't know.
