The theft deterrent (skim) will only shut the car down in the first few seconds after start-up. If the car has been running for longer than five seconds the SKIM cannot shut the engine down.

Do not just order a PCM for this, there are a lot of things that can cause an engine to stall and not restart. What you have to be ready to do is test for what is missing while it is acting up. The first phase of that is to check for spark, fuel pressure, fuel injector pulse and communication with the PCM with a scan tool. The next step depends on what exactly you found with this first check.
