Car Buying Advice - 2017 S90 AWD Momentum Lease

I'm looking at a 2017 S90AWD Momentum. Here is their first offer:

MSRP: 59,205
Sale Price: 48,771
36/10k
$2000 down
$568 per month

That seems really high to me, and I'm not seeing my Costco $3,000 discount. I've asked for MF and Residual and am waiting. Thoughts? Thanks.

    I was just quoted .00031 and 49%. So, the MF is high. Using a generic lease calculator, my payment should be $471 with $2000 down. Thanks!
