Car buying advice - Is this a good deal on an Accord 2017

Hi,

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Sport last year and was wondering if I got a good deal because I would like to purchase a 2017 for the same price.

Honda Accord Sport CVT w/o Sensing
MSRP: 25,065.00
Invoice: 22,936.00

Cash Price of Vehicle: $20754.82
Doc Fee: $80
Sales Tax (CA): $1917.43
License Fee: $136
Registration: $112
OTD: $23,000

I just wanted to know if 23k OTD is a great deal or if I could get it even lower.

    msrp is wrong; must include destination - beware dealer games

    23k total is good if it includes tax, dmv and doc
