I wonder if your lease is being run through a 3rd party bank, instead of AFS.
What payment did they quote?

Sorry, but I have no idea what sort of discount you can get on an RS7.

Then $104,538 doesn't look like the sale price. That looks like the adjusted CAP cost, after subtracting your CAP reduction.
Given the $6500 Audi-to-dealer cash on this vehicle, I'd think you could get a lower CAP.
