Edge sport used to come in AWD or FWD in 2015 and maybe 2016. But since then they changed to AWD only.

We don't have the specific region for VA, but it seems doubtful it would be that far off.
Maybe they assume Tier 2 or 3 credit, but that would be a dumb move, as far as quoting the best payment, possible.

Or, they plan on marking up the rate. I can't find a rate higher than 1.75% APR in any region.

MSRP: 46,950
adjusted cap cost (includes taxes @ 8.375% and bank fee @ 645, dmv @ 225 and Doc fee @ 75 and one remaining payment @ 425 from previous lease): 39,994. 

I would put 1000 dollars down and monthly payment is 477. Good deal?
