Money factor and residual are correct, as well.
Considering the low residuals on the A6, this doesn't look bad.
The only way to lower the monthly payment is to negotiate a bigger discount.

2. Can the purchase of the extra miles be a part of the monthly payments?
3. Does the purchase of extra miles change the residual?

2) Usually
3) Usually, that's how it works. Instead of paying for extra miles, the residual is reduced, instead. So, if it's $0.20 per mile, an extra 1000 miles/yr on a 3 yr lease, would reduce the residual by $600.
4) 15K/yr. - after that, residual reduced on a per-mile basis. No idea what the CAP might be, but likely 25K/yr, though possibly higher
