There is one official window sticker. The one that's required by the government. That's the one to get the bottom price from, to calculate the residual.

Should the residual value 53% be calculated from the msrp, the total sticker price or sales price after all incentives and discounts are applied?

MSRP - that is the total sticker price, right? Not sure what you mean, otherwise.
