2010 Ram - Brake lights/electrical issues

Hi! Purchased a used 2010 quad cab with purpose of towing a travel trailer. ESP/BAS keeps coming on. Brake lights flicker or stay on nonstop while driving. When towing trailer, brake controller will show brakes applied on trailer when not braking the truck. Took to dealer and they ‘cannot replicate’ any of the conditions. Help?
