Could I (please) get the RV's and MF for a 2018 Buick Encore Preferred 2WD ? I would like the RVs for 10k miles/year and also for 15k miles per year.

Is there any lease incentives - I'm in SoCal - Zip 92606.? How about if I have a current Buick Lease ?

Are these RVs and MFs stable, i.e. they are the same for January and February 2018 ? Or do they change ?

Hi Sir, Can you clarify a confusion I had please? Is the lease cash applied to adjust the net cap cost of the vehicle ? Or is it applied to the discount of the sales price. Also, if there is a conquest incentive of $3k and a Teachers incentive of $500 that is adjusted on the net cap cost ?

Sorry, we don't have the money factors for the lower credit tiers for GM Financial.

No problem. But there are actually base levels for different credit tiers and it's not just the dealership marking it up on their own accord if you have lower credit?

That is likely to be the case, but we aren't 100% certain.

To confirm, check with a few dealers and see if you get consistent information.

+ $3,000 Competitive Cash Allowance

I believe they can all be combined (the competitive cash allowance is for someone in a current lease in a non gm vehicle)

Lease cash is a consumer incentive specific to leasing - the incentives you've listed are likely for a purchase only.

I am looking for the money factor for a 2018 FWD Encore Preferred with 24/10 in 98499. The dealer keeps telling me it's .00147. The April mf was .00131 based on previous posts, I'm wondering if it's gone up in May or if the dealer is marking it up.

Also, what are the money factors and residuals for such a model when doing 24/12, 36/10, or 36/12?
