The MSRP is $25890 and the sale price is $24890, I would be putting $1,000 down, and I’m trading in a car that is only worth $500. Think $243 per month is too high factoring in all that? I was expecting to get closer to $200.

And a selling price, either before or after the incentive?

If I use $20,890 as the CAP cost, I get a payment of $221/mo, before tax.

There may be a few charges added into the selling price that is bumping up the payment - the more detail you can get from the dealer, the more we can help break down the deal.

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit.

And, there are likely to be higher MF for lower credit tiers; since they haven't pulled credit, they may be doing an estimation.
