    Looking for numbers on residual/money factor and incentives/lease cash for terms below on 2018 limited in Houston, TX.

    (36 months/12k per year) (36 months/15k per year) (24 months/12k per year) (24 months/15k per year)

    What is the best lease combination?

    MSRP: $45,775
    Invoice: $42,993
    Holdback: $1,347
    Lease cash: $8,900 (not sure if they are withholding additional cash)

    Final Price: $32,746+TTL   (Is this a good deal?)

    We haven't got to payments yet. I need info so I can calculate best option. Tier 1 credit.
