I am looking for the 2018 Lincoln MKX Select FWD Residual Value and Money Factor for Florida, please.
I am still debating between 36 and 39 months (for 10,000 miles).

Are there any rebates/incentives available?

I forgot, it is for a 24 and 36 month lease with 15,000 miles.

Dealer is stating residual is 54%...how is this possible? I thought residual is nonnegotiable and set by manufacturer

They gave the correct MF but they are off on residual.

Residuals are listed for 15K/yr. You have to add 3% for 10.5K/yr
They didn't give you the correct residual

It is not public information.

Double check the contract to confirm that it shows 10,500 miles per year.

If it does, and they are using the wrong residual, the bank will reject the contract and send it back to the dealer.

Yes, a higher residual will result in a lower payment, all else being equal.

Just because they "told" you the residual, doesn't mean that's the one they used on the calculation. So, it's possible they actually used the correct residual, just didn't relay to you the correct information.

I wouldn't assume that it's going to be cheaper, unless you checked the calculations, or saw a screenshot of the deal on the computer.

Was looking at the specs on the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus (MKX renamed) Black Label - quite inclined to move away from Germany and Japan for once with the Nautilus.

A couple of questions for you :
1. Would the MF/ResVal on the MKX be a good indicator for the MF/ResVal on the Nautilus in your opinion ?
2. What are the MF/ResVals for 36/12 and 36/15 on the MKX Black Label (AWD) in Atlanta, GA ?

I'm unclear on the total incentives available this month. On Lincoln's site they are offering "$1,000 Customer Cash (PGM#50201) + $500 Bonus Cas (PGM#11703) + $1,000 Owner Loyalty (I qualify, PGM#33839). All of that totals $2,500 in incentives. Are you saying that, in addition to these incentives, there is another $2,500 in lease cash available if I lease through Lincoln AFS or are these the same incentives you are referring to?

Bonus cash is included in the lease incentive (which is now only $1500...)
$1000 RCL customer cash
$500 Bonus cash
$1000 loyalty

So, it looks like the incentives are the same, either way.
You can have either purchase customer cash or lease customer cash, but not both
