52% is the 36/15 residual
It's 50% for 39/15
(and, with that payment, they used 50%).

Acquisition fee is marked up by $300
$699 is a garbage fee..

$5000 is a lot to put upfront on a lease.
The calculations seem to be correct.

Thanks Michael - walking away from it, they didn’t budge on the acquisition and doc fees. Would it better to use that payment toward Multiple security deposit, instead of down payment?

Yes, MSDs are preferred over CAP reduction

You should negotaite a lower selling price to offset the markup to the acquisition fee and the doc fee.

We don't have the one-pay MF discount for Volvo.

But, if it's only that much, it certainly wouldn't be worth paying it all upfront.
