'16 Sequoia - parking sensors

new guy here: outside sensors (nearby objects, etc) on '16 Sequoia do not work. Is there a control for this?

    Some vehicles come with the sensors in the bumper shells but are not connected unless the vehicle has certain options packages. Might this be the case with yours, or did they once work and now do not?
