Oddly, there is not too much traffic on this thread, is there another Ioniq PHEV thread on Edmunds or are the cars so rare as they seem to have just started arriving at dealers in California.

Does the residual change with the zip code or is it higher on the blue trim vs limited? Looks like it's +3% for the zip above but blue trim vs my zip limited trim.

I agree, the lease cash is substantial. But on principle, having 20% of the lease payment be the leasing fee is hard to swallow. I'm wondering, has anyone on the forum been able to get a deal near the typical buy rate for the Ioniq Hybrid (0.0001)? My credit is excellent and my quoted sell rate is still around 0.002. In Texas, the sales tax is on the net vehicle sell price, which is rolled into the lease payment, so having a high MF is even more undesirable.

The base money factor is as low as you can go. You are focusing on numbers that you can't change.
In the end, the monthly payment is what matters. If this vehicle doesn't lease well, then pick another one. But, sales tax is sales tax. You can't change that, either.

For the plug-in model?  I think you looked at the straight hybrid.  Confusing for sure.  Website just has hybrid plug-in and hybrid plug-in limited trim levels for that model, but the 3 you listed are valid for straight hybrid. Try the plug-in model and see if that aligns better. Thanks.
